Submission for Priority Maintenance Payment

Please complete the below form to submit for payment on a Priority Maintenance claim.

Important Things to Know:

• New Units Sold Same Day – No Wait Period
• Used Units Sold Same Day – 30 Day Wait Period
• New & Used Units Sold After Time of Sale are considered “Service Drive Sale” and surcharge applies – 30 Day Wait Period​.

All Priority Maintenance repair orders must be separate from any other repair order that is being performed. Claims will audit all ROs for Labor Hours and Parts using Service Manager Pro (SMP). Shop supplies (max $10.00) and other fees not listed per the maintenance schedule will be deducted from payment. All claims submitted after 45 days will be denied and require an exception. All claims submitted after 90 days will be denied.
